Choosing the ideal bathroom mirror
What bathroom would be complete without the ideal bathroom mirror? Finding that perfect bathroom mirror and then finding the right place to position it can totally change the entire room. Mirrors can be used to reflect light within a room making even the smallest bathroom appear bigger.
The great thing about mirrors is that there is truly a style out there to suit everybody. Of course, if you have remodelled your entire bathroom, you will obviously be looking for a bathroom mirror which will reflect the design of the room. There are also style rules that you should take into account. One example is that your mirror should never be wider than the vanity unit below. However, if you have a double basin, you may wish to consider a mirror which spans the entire wall, creating the ‘wow’ factor by reflecting light around the entire room.
If you are planning to create a modern aesthetic within your bathroom, you may wish to consider a frame-less mirror complete with inset lighting. This will help to create a super-relaxing ambience within the room. It is also important to consider the shape of the mirror – circular and square styles are particularly suited to modern rooms. If you have a white bathroom suite and white tiled walls finished off with a large modern mirror your room will be ultra-chic.
Even if you are not totally remodelling your bathroom, but are just looking to enhance an existing room, you should not underestimate the power of the bathroom mirror.
