The Imperial Shower Collection
The Imperial shower collection offers a world-class range of shower enclosures, valves, and shower sets that radiate luxury and fashion. Consumers would be hard-pressed to find a more luxurious or diverse set of shower goods anywhere on the market today.
Imperial’s Rouen Enclosures are faced with solid timber, giving them an organic feel. Three finishes are available: Natural Oak, Wenge, and Cherry. Finished with glass and hand-stitched leather pulls, the Rouen collection is available both as a corner unit and as a recessed, in-line pivot-door unit.
Imperial’s Luxury Shower line offers homeowners a range of innovative shower heads. The Isis and Cisne showers curve elegantly toward a large, round, flat head reminiscent of a tea saucer. They come in both exposed-pipe and concealed-pipe versions. The Victorian exposed shower valve merges decadent styling and porcelain accents while the concealed version offers a more minimalist feel.
Imperial’s collection of shower heads presents a diverse range of options, from the hub-and-spoke Starburst to the rounded, bulbous Victorian-inspired Flowmaster. Their Aqueous, Energiser, and Asteroid fixed shower heads float a round disk above the bather, allowing him/her to shower as if under a cloud burst. Their Breccia fixed heads operate similarly but have square nozzles. Like a spyglass attached to a pipe, the Slimline fixed head is, like the Starburst, among the most unique shower heads one can imagine.
Imperial also offers elegant hardware – curtain rails, towel rails, slider rail kits, and thermostatic shower valves – to complete your unique bathroom design.
Imperial Bathrooms Tile and Brassware
Imperial Bathrooms offers several lines of handcrafted tile and brassware. No luxury bathroom is complete without such wall treatments. Conscious of this fact, Imperial has designed an extensive line of both that will harmonize well with their various lines of bathroom staples.
The Antique crackle tile comes in a range of shades from light periwinkle to sandy beiges, misty greens, and a soft, pastel purple. The names of the tile colours follow: White Linen, Cream Haze, Ivory Shell, Canvas Wheat, Grey Ecru, Sage Thistle, and Blue Nimbus. The Naturals range of bathroom tile feels more organic because these tiles are made from real stone. These come in three colours: Chalk – an off white; Sand – an almost grey yellow; and Charcoal – a lightly coloured black.
The Imperial Classical brassware collection is stunning and, daresay, comprehensive in its diversity. Sixteen different styles allow consumers to choose the best fixture for their individual tastes and bathroom’s style. Moreover, each style can be purchased as bath, basin, and shower controls, giving homeowners the ability to perfectly harmonize their bathrooms.
The Cou, Victorian, Glace, Edwardian, Westminster, and Lierre collections employ stunning crossed handles, the Lierre achieving an elegant wilted look, the ends of its handles draping down like a weeping willow.
The Poulie, Niveau, and Regent have clean, squarely geometrical chrome lines while the Nottle, Pre, Veulo, Bec, and Crown lever have more rounded handles and feature elegant, swan-like faucets.
The Globo and Gioiello have more decadent Middle Eastern and Italian feels to them with circular faucet controls and curving necks.
Imperial Bathrooms’ Lighting Collection
The Imperial Bathrooms’ lighting collection recognizes the important role light and lighting fixtures play in designing the perfect bathroom. Inescapable and yet all too often pedestrian, bathroom lighting sets the mood of your lavatory as few things can.
Imperial’s bathroom lighting offers consumers a range of options from the simple to the dramatic. This range of choice ensures homeowners can find the perfect bathroom lighting to accentuate any bathroom design.
The Tloedo Double Wall Light has two horizontally suspended, oblong globes that give off a soft white light. The single version splits the globes apart and situates them vertically, pointing up to the ceiling. Both Toledo fixtures are brassy in colour and complement the globe frosting nicely.
The Cadiz wall light uses a round globe set atop a clean chrome shaft. The shaft is attached to the wall via an elegant swooping arm and a wide, round pedestal. Imperial’s Avila light is reminiscent of Victorian candle lighting with its simple, shafted bulb and curved wall arm. The heavy, masculine Brokton wall light has clean lines and a round black shade which renders the light emitting from it as a cool yellow.
The decadent and timeless Segovia Lamp uses a tulip-shaped glass bowl set atop a straight wall arm. Scintillating through the glass shade, the resulting light is clean, bright, and white.
The Imperial Bathrooms’ lighting collection also has three light pull options: elegant handles of white porcelain, black ceramic, and silver chrome tipped with chrome on the bottom and top.
The York, Avignon, and Meleto – Imperial Bathroom Accessories
No bathroom is complete without a diverse range of accessories including cleaning brushes, soap dishes, shower organizers, and toilet roll holders. Imperial Bathrooms understands this and offers its customers a diverse collection of these accessories and fittings in a variety of elegant styles that range from the historical to the contemporary. Accessorising with this collection allows consumers to give their bathrooms the sort of attention-to-detail that separate ordinary and extraordinary forms of interior design. All lines include a core range of must-haves – toilet roll holders, towel rails, and shelves – and a few offer additional exciting accoutrements.
The intricate York line weaves airy lines together to create an almost medieval sense of elegance. Cast in chrome and antique gold, this product line includes a tumbler holder, a wall-mounted soap dish, a single towel rail, a toilet roll holder, a robe hook, a towel arm, a double towel rail, and a glass shelf with towel arm. Less intricate but no less elegant, the Avignon has a timeless, well-proportioned feel to it. Composed of glass and chrome, the Avignon line includes the same items as the York line but also offers a wall-mounted and free-standing toilet brush and a more diverse range of towel rails and toilet roll holders.
The rustic Meleto line takes its design cues from Provence and Tuscany, from rustic conversions and distressed materials. Brushed Nero and white porcelain form the pieces in this line which include everything already listed and an elegant wall mounted mirror and towel ring.
The Imperial Collection of Roll Top Baths
The Imperial collection of roll top baths offer clean, simple lines and pure white porcelain for those hoping to achieve a clean sense of order in their bathrooms. The cool lines and surfaces of these tubs are inviting and they are extraordinarily elegant, allowing bathers to enjoy their bathrooms with all their senses.
The Derwent slipper has elegantly swooping lines that invite the bather into warm waters while the Coniston single-ended is more balanced from end to end. Each has elegant hoses and gleaming chrome fixtures, making them dead-ringers for the Victorian originals that inspired them.
Imperial’s line of acrylic baths are intended to be sunk into wood or tile panelling. The Westminster, Astoria Deco, and Consus baths have elegant oak wood panelling surrounding their outer edges while the Serene is wrapped in decadent obsidian-coloured acrylic. Like the Serene, the Windsor has black accents but also includes metallic panelling for a true Art Deco look and feel. The Oxford and Drift are plain white inside and out and differ only from the Indulgence in that the latter has a sweeping S-curve at the front and a small glass shower screen for showering.
Imperial’s whirlpool baths come in 8, 10, 16, and 20 jet models offering homeowners a range of relaxing and invigorating options. Self-draining and self-pumping, utilizing an electronic touch pad for control and level sensors for dry running protection, the Imperial whirlpool baths resemble wooden wainscoting common to the Imperial acrylic panelled baths.
Imperial Bathroom Sinks
Imperial’s line of hand-crafted stone and marble sink bowls are truly unique bathroom pieces. Connecting you with the history and ancient peoples in Europe and America, these are among the most ancient materials one can use for home design in general and bathroom design in particular. Decadent, smooth, clean, and organic – the Imperial line of hand-crafted stone and marble sink bowls are exciting because of their simplicity, naturalness, and decadence. Each is handcrafted from solid pieces of stone and marble, allowing the unique grain to shine through and accent your one-of-a-kind bathroom with flair and elegance. A range of shapes and a wide range of tones also ensure you’ll find the right piece to capture the mood you prefer for your bathroom, as well as perfectly accent your other fixtures.
The round Agri bowl is ivory with pink accents while the shape and colour of the Denzi suggests nothing so much as fine terracotta pottery. The dark blue, square Attis Midnight pushes the eye toward the dark tones of a midnight ocean while its sister pieces – the Attis Twilight ad Attis Dawn – each move progressively toward white in the colour spectrum. The arresting slate-blue of the Twilight would be a sumptuous accent in an otherwise white bathroom while the ice-blue Dawn suggests the purity of an iceberg. The Seline Midnight, Twilight, and Dawn are very similar in colour to the Attis. Like the Attis, they move progressively from deep blue to ice-white. However, these pieces are shaped as shallow bowls instead of squares.
Imperial Bathrooms’ Limited Edition Bathroom Fixtures
Imperial Bathrooms periodically offers limited edition bathroom fixtures. Meant to serve as milestones in the company’s history, they market these limited editions as expressions of individuality and hope consumers will buy them to give their bathrooms a unique design edge.
Imperial limits production of each of these pieces to just 200 worldwide, making them truly rare and among the most exclusive consumer goods on the market. Likely ensuring no one you know will have the same bathroom as you, these limited editions are excellent ways for consumers to assert their individuality. Moreover, each limited edition is handcrafted and stamped with a special “Limited Edition” platinum logo. They also come with certificates of authenticity and can, in some cases, be custom made based on the customer’s individual tastes, ideas, and design needs.
At present, Imperial offers seven limited editions. The Jazz basin and cistern lid are downy white and accented with a textured pattern reminiscent of dried sand. The Kinetic basin and cistern lid have ribbed patterns, and the Bathroom have a playful, childlike feel. The word “Bathroom” dances across the surfaces of this sink and cistern, making it perfect for a child’s lavatory.
For those looking for decorative patterns, the Zen basin and cistern lid are decorated with delicate blue flowers laid over white porcelain. The Frappe limited edition is similar, save that it’s dressed with yellow wildflowers, as is the Bubble and Pebble basins and cistern lids. The former portrays a busy, almost frenetic, dance of grey-blue bubbles, the latter delicate grey kisses that evoke river stones.
